When you log in to the Axsy Mobile App, you have the option to use a Custom Domain. If you would like to save the domain to make logging in more efficient, follow the instructions below.
Open the Axsy Mobile App
1. Select the cog icon at the upper-right hand corner of the login screen.
2. Select the + button to add your Custom Domain as a login option.
3. Enter a Name for your Custom Domain to the left, and then enter the URL to the right. Select the tick button once complete.
Ensure that your Custom Domain begins with https:// and double-check that there are no spelling mistakes, as once the tick is selected you cannot edit the Custom Domain.
When entering a double dash -- on iOS devices, by default the device will change the double-dash to a hyphen – . To disable this feature, navigate to iOS Settings > General > Keyboard and disable Smart Punctuation.
4. Select the Custom Custom Domain to login with it.
